Coaching for individuals
With avvera coaching for individuals, we support people in the area of tension between life and work.
In individual development coaching, our clients use the avvera-way to identify their motivational potential and develop it to use it successfully.
This is done methodically in three phases:
Phase 1 – Identification
We specifically look for possible sources of motivation together, and we shed light on areas of life and work which inspire our clients or have done so in the past. Taking skills and personality traits into account, we assess the most expedient areas and define the motivational potential that is to be realised consciously.
Phase 2 – Design
We evaluate the motivational potential identified, based on criteria that we define together, in line with the principle of relevance. We develop approaches, methods and instruments tailored to the individual and the situation in order to optimally exploit this potential in the next phase.
Phase 3 – Erschliessen
The aim of the third phase of the avvera-way is to activate motivational potential and translate it into the relevant areas of life and work. We plan a phased process together and determine milestones and measurement points for its implementation. We define a binding outcome goal based on the principle of critical self-reflection.
The avvera-way provides the framework and structure. Duration and intensity are subject to individual requirements and the given situations. Our clients design the respective process themselves based on their requirements and supported by the coaching experts at avvera.
