avvera means: moving towards the truth, true values and the real motivational potential that lies dormant in all of us. For avvera, this is both the name and the programme. The Italian word “avverare” means “to achieve or realise something”. It is clear why we have chosen the imperative form “avvera!” to illustrate our own motivation.
Our name also contains the female first name Vera, which comes from the Slavic-speaking region and conveys faith, confidence and trust. At avvera, we are convinced that we can tap into the true motivational potential that exists in and with our clients – as long as they are willing for us to do so.
Our passion is to support, build up and assist people in the area of tension between life and work. We implement this both in our cooperation with individuals and in our work for and with companies.

It is always about people for us. In the professional as well as the private sector. Encounters shape us and encounters enrich us. Understanding people in terms of their individuality and complexity fascinates us. avvera therefore only becomes avvera thanks to people.
The founder and managing director of avvera is Anja Stehle, qualified mental coach. We include other coaches in assignments based on careful evaluation and selection to ensure delivery of the avvera service promise.
The avvera way can only be followed successfully if our clients feel that they are in good hands. At the first meeting we discuss whether there is the required basis for this. In this way, we can ensure that your requirements can be optimally met within the structure of our coaching programmes and our qualified network.
