My professional and life path led me to founding avvera. Starting out and working for ten years in the international logistics industry, I have more than 18 years of professional experience in human resources. In staff recruiting, consulting and placement, in individual and group coaching, customer acquisition and support, and in process optimisation and development in the overall human resources department for numerous companies.
My career has been characterised by people who are caught in the field of tension between life and career. In order to understand this area of tension and support people in optimally anchoring themselves in it, I have intensively studied coaching options over a period of several years. More than 25 years of professional experience are complemented by qualifications from relevant training and further education.
I bring all this to avvera with joy and commitment.
